IBD+ 2025 - Pre and Post Tours

Pre and Post Tours surrounding IBD+ 2025 Düsseldorf (October 23^rd to 26^th, 2025)... and EMJC.

IBD+ 2025 is the International Board of Directors meeting plus many, many events for those happening by – like for annual gatherings, EMAGs etc. See the IBD+ website for more information on the event as well as on Germany.

On this page you can book the pre and post tours as well as indicate your interest in seats for the
European Mensa Juniors Camp that overlaps well with IBD+ 2025.

• IBD+ 2025 will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany from October 23^rd to 26^th, 2025
• We offer an 8-day pre tour from October 16^th showing northern Germany and an 8-day post tour in the south ending on November 3^rd.
• In addition 4-day tours in the Rhine/Main area are on offer: the pre tour starting on October 20^th and the post tour ending on October 30^th.
• The European Mensa Juniors Camp from October 17^th to 26^th might be nice for children from abroad while the parents enjoy the IBD+.
• Booking of IBD+ 2025 pre and post tours starts on this page on June 1^st at 19:46 o´clock.

We have to size the tours well since standing in the coach is not intended. Due to this we ask you to reserve seats for the tours – be it just for you or for you and your beloved ones (they do not need to be Mensa members). We consider your reservation to be binding: if we allocate seats for you then you will take and pay for them. As soon as we have a tour coach reasonably filled we´ll confirm your booking by email.

Please note that you can join the pre tours at Frankfurt or Düsseldorf Airport and the post tours end at both airports since it might be cheaper to book a flight to/from Frankfurt opposed to Düsseldorf.
There is a train running from one to the other airport so that unless you opt for a pre and a post tour using Frankfurt Airport is not a problem.

IBD delegates will have priority for the tour bookings. If you are a delegate, please make sure to tick the appropriate checkbox in the "Options for the main event". We´ll try to arrange several coaches per tour if the booking here suggests we do so.

For the European Mensa Juniors Camp we´ll be in touch by email to confirm your booking when the EMJC booking opens (the date for that is not yet fixed).

Please note that we require you to have a working email address in your account that you check regularly (including the SPAM filter; you might want to whitelist *@mensa.de) so that we can reach out to you. If we need to get in touch for whatever reason and get no reply within a week we might have to act with the risk of doing the "wrong" thing. Thanks to help us avoid this!
