EMAG 2025 in Cardiff

Was?

Das EMAG (European Mensas Annual Gathering) ist das europäische Jahrestreffen. Hier könnt ihr hunderte von Ms nicht nur aus ganz Europa, sondern auch aus dem Rest der Welt treffen und mit ihnen eine Vielzahl von Teilveranstaltungen im Konferenzzentrum und der ganzen Stadt drum herum erleben. Das EMAG wandert durch Europa, und dieses Jahr läd euch Mensa UK nach Cardiff ein.

Die Anmeldung für diese Veranstaltung ist nur auf der Veranstaltungsseite https://emag25.eu möglich, nicht hier im Veranstaltungskalender. Ihr braucht dort einen neuen Account, der von hier funktioniert dort nicht.

Registrations for the 2025 EMAG in Cardiff are now open!

Firstly, go to https://emag25.eu and set up your account.

Once you have created your account, you will be able to register for the event itself (Click "Join" from the "Event Details" page). You will also be able to register on behalf of friends and family, whether members of Mensa or not all members and their guests need to have unique email addresses, however, the emails of guests are not verified by the system.

Early Bird registration will cost 166 GBP for adults, 100 GBP for children aged 3 to 15 and is free for children under 3.

This includes
• access to all workshops and lectures
• use of the Centre for Student Life (9:00 until 18:00 on Thursday 7th, Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August)
• use of the Students´ Union building, including the Taf bar (with discounted drinks), from midday until midnight on Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th and Friday 8th August and from midday to 18:00 on Saturday 9th August
• entry to the Icebreaker in the Students´ Union from 18:00 on Wednesday 6th August (which includes a finger buffet and music)
• Gala Dinner at Cardiff City Football Club (which includes a 3-course meal, dancing after the meal and coach transport to and from the university) on Saturday 9th August.
