The guided tour is planned for about one hour but the bakery planned a bit more time to allow for questions and Mensans are known to ask quite a bit.
You will learn something about the company´s history, its philosophy, and the organisational structure and operations.
Then you´ll walk through the bakery and the guide will explain what they do where, how they work, and answer any questions that come up.
There are always a few breads to taste as well.
