The user name is the country code followed by the membership number. For Mensa in Deutschland e.V. member with membership number 555 the username is thus 049555; for member 12345 it's 04912345.
You are not (yet) member of Mensa:
Usually your user name is your email address. After logging in you can register for events that are available to the public like IQ tests or activities for Kids & Juniors.
